ANSI-Bellow Seal
Pipeline media are often toxic, radioactive, or otherwise hazardous, which makes it crucial to prevent any release into the atmosphere under all operating conditions. To achieve this, a bellows system is essential, as it provides a complete seal around the stem and isolates it from the process medium. The upper and lower sections of the valve are welded together, creating gas-tight seams that ensure absolute leak-tightness. Because the bellows can expand and contract axially by up to 2025% of its free length, the service life of the valve is considerably increased. Upon request, helium leak testing as well as PMI (Positive Material Identification) can be carried out.

Description of Our Bellow Seal Valves:
Bellow Seal valves offer highly effective leak prevention and excellent thermal efficiency. The bellow itself is typically manufactured from stainless steel. These valves are also available with a regulating cone or throttling cone, depending on the application. Face-to-face dimensions comply with ASME B16.10, and all valves are supplied with a declaration of conformity and CE marking in accordance with DGRL 97/23/EG. Connection options include flanged ends (ASME B16.5) and butt-weld ends (BW ASME B16.25).
- Depending on the material selection, the shut-off valves are suitable for water, steam, oil, gas, or other aggressive media.
